Constitutional violation in the name of the fight against genocide
- Berisha's political power, using violent and unconstitutional methods, seeks to remove from political life prominent intellectuals and young politicians of the PS and other opposition parties
- Such anti-democratic laws testify to the fear that has gripped the current Albanian leadership in the face of the alternatives put forward by its political opponents
Yesterday the draft law “On genocide and crimes against humanity committed in Albania during communist rule for political, ideological and religious motives” became known.
At the outset, it can be said that with the content of this draft law, if it is approved, the stage begins for a new genocide in the name of the fight against the draft law...
— This draft law cannot prevent the honest sons of the people, its intellectuals and young politicians, from making their valuable contribution to the country. If this law is approved, it will be temporary, because it will be repealed immediately by the next Parliament. Berisha and his servants will come out defeated from this political battle.
